Who We Are

I started Gladiator Construction Corporation once we received our A Classification building license through the state of Virginia so we could take on larger projects. The class A license allows us to secure building permits for such projects as home additions, all types of decks, screen porches and 4- season rooms. We also offer exterior sidings such as vinyl and Hardie Plank, window and door replacements and gutter replacements.

Why We’re Different

We Build Relationships

We work hard to create that relationship that forms the trust needed in any construction project. A customer has to feel like they know us and we understand their needs. We strive very hard to gain that trust as it is necessary when working on anyone’s home.

Availabilty

With one word, you give the customer comfort you are going to follow through on all parts of the job from estimate to final walkway. That word is “Availability”. We return texts, emails and calls in a timely manner. We always try to answer questions with detailed information so trust can remain intact. We conduct onsite walk throughs for particular questions or issues so we can work through them as a team.

5-year Warranty

Warranty guarantee we provide on all projects. I provide a 5-year warranty on all craftsmanship and labor. If something happens in that period all the customer has to do is reach out and we will make good on the warranty. That promise and length of warranty is unheard of in our industry but we feel that strongly about the quality of our work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a Landscape Company?
No. We are a Masonry company and we build as such. Meaning we use concrete, Portland Cement, Mortar, cinder blocks and masonry adhesive to construct our projects. While most landscape companies build similar hardscapes such as patios, walkways, etc. they tend to use plastic edging and sand-based footers.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. We extend a five-year warranty on all craftsmanship a labor. If a repair is needed in that period we only need to be notified of the issue. We will respond and make it right.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold an “A” license (General Contracting) and “B” license (Masonry) through DPOR in the state of Virginia. We have a comprehensive commercial Insurance policy through the Cincinnati Company.
Do you offer Design Services for Project?
We will help you design your space and provide you with ideas on how to maximize your space. If a more detailed more in-depth design & build is desired, we do have referrals to designers who work with us on projects. We also produce all drawings necessary to get permits in the county you reside in.
Do you perform the work or do your sub-contract out to others?
We perform a majority of the work; we try to keep as much in house as possible. There are several vendors I work with on a constant basis who provide specialty trades such as roofing, gutters, framing, etc. These are vetted sub-contractors that have performed great in conjunction with use over many years. I do not hire unknown vendors or sub contractors to perform work on contracted projects.
